About Us
Our Chairman is Joe Garcia.
- Joe Garcia is the Chairman of the Summers County
Republican Executive Committee. He has been the Chairman since 2007.
- He is currently employed as a logistics analyst for a
local IT company. Joe is a retired US Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned
Officer. He retired from the US Air Force in 1999 after 25 years of active
duty. Joe’s assignments include Charleston SC, Tokyo Japan, Dayton OH, San
Antonio TX, Philadelphia PA, and finally Portsmouth NH. He retired as a
Master Sergeant.
- Joe is married to the former Brenda Lilly of Hinton.
They have been married for 33 years and have three grown children.
